The HarrySoftware plus: An innovative pricing policy

The unlimited license

HARRYSoftware has established an innovative sales policy.

The proposal of an unlimited site license is a standard of the HARRY sales policy.

Specifically defined for each client, it concerns the potential deployment perimeter of the system. Such a program grants the client the freedom to install the different selected products, without limitation on the number of users and/or servers, for a definite budgeted cost, with full exemption from any declarative requirement, linked to the installation or deployment within the company.

The financial expectation of the deployment of these licenses is compensated for the client through special, attractive discounts on the public royalty amounts, beyond the agreed volume prices.

The "Profile License"

With the "Profile License," HARRYSoftware defines with the client the composition and future structure of the system installation, according to the usage profiles and products: developers, experts, thin clients or power clients, publication or interactive access to data, etc. An average profile, defined as a percentage, is thus calculated.

For example: 10% experts, 30% casual interactive users, 60% publication users, etc.

The resulting company profile determines the average unit cost of a standard machine that will serve as a basis for calculating the installation according to the number of users retained, with the discounts according to volume.

Once the overall license is acquired, the client is not bound in any manner to respect the projected distribution of profiles that help prepare an estimate. If the client wants, he/she can move to 20% experts, 50% casual and 20% publication. Only the overall perimeter in total number remains limited.
